What the Policy Covers
This policy covers how APS treats personal information that APS collects and receives, including information on your past use of our website. We (The Abingdon Partnership of Schools) are a data controller for the purposes of GDPR. We do not hold any information on you other than contact details you have shared with us.
We will not give information about you to anyone outside the school without your consent unless the law and our rules allow us to.
We are required by law to pass some information about you to the Local Authority and the Department for Education (DfE).
